Icon 05 - GaiLee, Hero Worship

This icon cracks me up. SO MUCH, IT HURTS. Unfortunately, it isn't funny in the slightest to anyone else, besides my good friend, Kai. So I'll explain it for you :}

Back in the 7th grade, they used to give us newsletters dealing with "real life" situations. One "situation" they talked about was homosexuality, in teenaged boys. Of course, they wrote it off as being a passing trend, and something that happened to every boy, and nothing to "worry about". Which kind of made me mad, but the way they worded it was just so hilarious... Here's an excerpt:

What guys consider weird!
If one young buck is attracted to another buck instead of a doe, should that make him open season for cheap shorts by his friends? If the young buck is not yet attracted to the doe, it may not be what you are thinking. OK now, let's switch species - deer have their own weird stuff.

A lot of younger male teens wrongly conclude that they must be gay because of an odd attraction they may feel toward another male, usually older males. This attraction is a normal part of growing up and is called "Hero Worship" .

I'm sorry if this offends anyone How dare they try to brainwash the innocent, confused male youth! (Grr...)

Anyway, I've always thought that Lee has a Hero Worship relationship with Gai, and not in the love way, but the " Omg you're so cool Gai-senseiiii~~~" kind of way. (Literal hero worship.) So while this is VERY WRONG in lots of ways, it's also right. You know it is.
